Once we know what the client qualifies for, you do what you do best: help them effectively utilize their assets for maximum benefit. 

We work directly with the client to collect necessary documentation. 

We handle of all the processing, compliance and underwriting. 

You will be informed throughout the process.

Last, we close on the loan. The client receives the proceeds* and works with you to invest wisely.

*the only exception is that they cannot purchase an annuity.
