HELP YOUR CLIENTS EARN NON-TAXABLE PROCEEDS

Discover an underutilized asset

Many people do not know they can utilize their home equity to broaden their portfolio and increase retirement cash flow.

And that's a shame.

Seniors may look to invest, remodel or eliminate debt, but do not know they can do so with equity they already own.

Studies show that seniors are worried about outliving their money in retirement.

It’s frustrating for financial planners and advisers who are looking to help clients without overextending their incomes.

“Those with retired clients have a huge opportunity to help them receive non-taxable proceeds.

It could be a business boost for you and life changing for your clients.”

-Kevin A. Guttman

We believe financial planners and advisers should know about an underutilized program because so many people are already qualified.

A Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) is insured by FHA and helps retirees convert their non-liquid equity into non-taxable proceeds.

Kevin A. Guttman is a Certified Reverse Mortgage Specialist with a passion for helping homeowners in retirement age in place.

Here's How It Works

First, we determine what sort of financing options are available to your client. This is an informational, no-obligation meeting with the client.

Once we know what the client qualifies for, you do what you do best: help them effectively utilize their assets for maximum benefit.

We work directly with the client to collect necessary documentation.

We handle of all the processing, compliance and underwriting.

You will be informed throughout the process.

Last, we close on the loan. The client receives the proceeds* and works with you to invest wisely.

*the only exception is that they cannot purchase an annuity.
