We work directly with the client to collect necessary documentation.
We handle of all the processing, compliance and underwriting.
You will be informed throughout the process.
Last, we close on the loan. The client receives the proceeds* and works with you to invest wisely.
*the only exception is that they cannot purchase an annuity.
When you call, we call back same day.

We can meet in your office, the client's home, or whatever is convenient.
